The Santos Apartment House is about 500 feet from the castle bath (Várfürdő) and less than a thousand feet from downtown Gyula. It is located in the so-called “manor garden quarter”, in the junction of King Matthias Street and Wesselényi Road.

The Santos Apartment House was rebuilt from a family house with a garden and is now separated into three apartments. A bus stop and a grocery store can be found about 65 feet from the house.

1. Apartment: 484 ft², which includes a 236 ft² and a 129 ft2 room, a bathroom and a toilet, a 43 ft² kitchen and a 75 ft² hall.

Capacity: 6 people.

2. Apartment: 236 ft², which includes a 129 ft² room with a bathroom and a toilet, a 43 ft² hall and a 65 ft2 kitchen. Capacity: 2 people.

3. Apartment: 344 ft², which includes a 215 ft² room, a bathroom and a toilet, a 43 ft² hall and a 86 ft² kitchen. Capacity: 4 people. The apartment includes a separate 43 ft² terrace.

The 3 apartments have a common 430 ft² terrace, which is ideal for sunbathing, having meals, etc. The house also includes an enclosed parking space with an electric gate opener.

Pedestrian access is possible through King Matthias Street and Wesselényi Road.

Rooms are equipped with double beds, couches, pull-out sofa beds, bedside lamps, colour TVs, coffee tables, rugs, bed clothes and of course wardrobes and cupboards. The toilet with an electric exhaust fan and the fully equipped bathroom is a feature in every apartment.

Hall & Kitchen: hat and coat rack, mirror, cupboard with scullery, electric hotplate with grills, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, full dinner-service and tableware, Hoover, broom and shovel. The above listed items are featured in all three apartments.
