A személyzet kedves, figyelmes volt.

A büfé reggeli egyhangú, hiányos a tálalás (nem volt csészealj a teához).

Átlagos szolgáltatás, recepciós kiszolgálás kiváló

Reggel 8-kor siralmas a reggeli választék -1-2 fajta szalámiból ill. sajtból 3-4 darabka, akár a péksüteményekblő-slussz!l.Jan17.-én reggel 3 fiatal állt a pultnál a reggelinél de csak felszólításra hoztak még egy tányért- 1 darab volt kitéve és ketten jöttünk le- más nem is volt az étteremben! Jan 18.-án reggel viszont csak egy fiatal lányka volt és nagyon segítőkész! Kávét is megcsinálta. A templom hangosan kongat 3/4 5 ill 3/4 6-kor is- és felébreszt

hotel invechit, nu arata asa camera ca si in poze, lenjerie de pat invechita, mic dejun foarte sarac, in restaurant nu se gaseste nici macar o apa minerala, personalul abia asteapta sa parasesti camera pentru ca le expira programul si nu pot face curatenie, frig in camera, televizor nefunctionabil, dezamagire totala

Nyugodt, központi elhelyezkedés.

Reggelire minden nap ugyanaz - 4 napig- , meleg tej nem volt és a hideg tej is savanyú. Mindent külön kérni kellett, pl. nem volt a teához meleg víz..
