Nem volt semmilyen negativ tapasztalatunk.

Kellemes környezet, kíváló étterem, segítőkész személyzet.

Wellness részleg sok kívánnivalót hagy maga után, gőzkabin hónapok óta rossz, jakuzzi vizét nem cserélik, habos, koszos. Az egész részleg kicsi a szálloda méretéhez képest. A komfort szobákban az ágyak változó minőségűek.

Sopron egy szép város.

A Hotel nem tudta jelezni a wellness szolgáltatások felújítását sem a szallas.hu-n, sem a saját honlapján, de még akkor sem, amikor odatelefonáltam a foglalással kapcsolatban. Ebből kifolyólag az ott tartózkodásunk 3 napjából 2 nem tudtuk használni a wellness szolgáltatásokat. Csalódottság+stressz=0 kipihentség

A félpanziós étkezési lehetőség nagyon jó, változatos és bőséges.

A wellness részlegben nem működött a gőzkabin, használati utasítások az infra szaunához, finn szaunához , pezsgőfürdőhöz nem megfelelőek.
