A személyzet előzékeny, a kaja kitünő, a szolgáltatás a várakozásoknak megfelelő.

Az éttermek megközelítése a két szálló között elsőre nem egyszerű kedvezőtlen időjárás esetén, de meg lehet tanulni...

Gyönyörü helyen szinvonalas szállás

Izléses étterem, de a vacsora büféről nem hogy meleg de alig langyos volt, ilyen áron ez azt hiszem elvárható lenne.

Korábban 2004-2006 havonta jártam a hotel wellness részébe pihenni feltöltődni, örömmel tapasztaltam, hogy a szauna részleget felújították.

1. Szobában levő fürdőszoba ajtó nyikorgott, a tusoló ajtó nem zárt rendesen,kimlött a víz a fürdőszobába. 2.Reggel 3/4 8kor már porzívóztak, a mellettünk levő szobában. 3. Édesanyám elcsúszott a wellness részben, 10 percig nem talaltam az elsősegély nyújtót,hogy segítsen. A padló csurom víz volt, nem csoda,hogy elcsúszott, de takarítót a 3 napban nem láttunk, hogy feltakarították volna.

Az előzetes egyeztetésen a szállótól azt az információt kaptam, hogy a recepción a városi közlekedéshez bérlet váltható. A recepció ilyen lehetőségről nem tudott.
