From the city: You have to turn right at the Fehérló utca, on the Budaörsi út, at the first traffic ligthed crossroad after BAH-transport hub.

Parking facilities:
Our hotel has its own, closed garage for the guests. Furthermore it is possible to park in front of the hotel, where you can always find place. Parking on the street is currently free of charge.

The location of the rooms:
Our hotel has 5 floors. The 32 rooms have 2 different orientations. The West-orientated rooms are attractive because of the beautiful panorama of the Sas-hill, and the East-facing rooms because of the view of leafy trees.

The equipment of the rooms:
Each room have TV (with the programmes of the local cable network), mini-bar, telephone, safe, and Internet connection, which make the house a three star hotel.

Some of the rooms are much larger and more spacious than the average, they are called „premium rooms”.
All rooms have a bathroom, of course, most of them with tub, the rest with shower.
Two floors are non-smoking.
We have air-conditioned rooms as well on demand.

The comfort level of the hotel
The hotel has three stars, we have sauna and drink bar, darts and billiards as additional services.

Accomodation facilities for the participants:

We can accommodate 80 people in the 32 rooms of our hotel.
Two rooms with single bed,
Twelve rooms with double bed,
Six rooms with twin bed.
Twelve rooms can be fixed up with one or two more beds, so it is suitable for two people with separate beds.
The time condition of occupation and leaving of the rooms
According to the general schedule of the hotel, you have to leave the room until 11.00 a.m., and you can check-in after 14.00 p.m.
Of course, if there is empty room, we are flexible. In case if the guest arrive earlier, we try to check-in the guest as soon as possible. And instead of the luggage room, the hotel room is available until the end of the conference. Therefore we won't charge specific price from the customer.

If we don't have empty room, we provide luggage room for the guests.

Options of the participant's meal:

The main meal of the conference participants are hold in a separated room. We organise the coffe breaks – according to the request of the customer – in the conference room, or in front of the room, in the lounge of the hotel.

We provide breakfast and dinner for the guests, who would like to stay in the hotel during a multi-day event.

Discounts:
Depending on the volume of the events, we can provide the following discounts:
In case of “One”- and “Multi”- day events:
 In case if there are more events on the same day, the smaller room can be used free of charge for that day.
 Every 16th person's meal is free.
 Every 16th person's accommodation (in double room) is free.
